I love your pic, I would only change one small detail. I like the forced perspective, but I would trim the legs a bit shorter. Other than that, it's flawless!

Seriously, Rorschach is possibly the most awesome character from anything. Ever. Or maybe that's hyperbole...
I actually really like this piece, and I think it looks good. I assume that you are trying to make it look like you are looking through a peep hole in a door?
I think the biggest problem that I see with it is the legs, which look to long when the body is shortening that quickly and seems to be coming to a point (except for the legs). Rorshach is not very tall in any case.
Nit-picking a bit, the legs seem slightly out of line with the rest of the body (they line up more with the fold-over of the coat, not with the middle of the body) and the shading on the right side of the coat seems a bit flat in comparison to the left side, but I'm not really sure how you'd fix it. Hopefully someone else will have some ideas.
"I have no art education WHATSOEVER"... Most of us don't :) Nice piece. I find the pink high-light a tad weird, but that might be just me.
