His eyes look like they're melting or something. It's really creepy.
I agree with Ademisk, but the hat DOES have an 'H' on it. Good job on the rest, I liked the shading on the overalls. I just don't think the BG fits.

Honestly, it just looks like you pasted a Homer head on a Mario body. I mean, I guess you did put effort into drawing it, but it doesn't look like a mix at all. The mario part shows no homer traits, and vice versa.
