The bright blue is really interesting. It's nothing special from a technical perspective but I like it... it reminds me of a Lego castle I built a long time ago, odd as that may seem.

Yeah, I wanted it to have a kind of glowy neon look with the outlines.  I left the rocks unshaded because it detracted from the weird, dreamlike efffect that I was going for, and because it made the tower on the left rather phallic.

The blue is sort of bright and garish but for some reason it doesn't bother me.  I like the overall design and would really like to see you shade the mountain to pull the whole thing together.
