To update the picture you need only to press EDIT button.
You have common problem of aspiring pixelartists to try to mask all with dithering and anti aliasing. That's not the case - the form and colors are the main things. Japanese pixelartists usually don't do any dithering at all yet most 2D icons made by them: Mario, Ryu, Pac-Man etc. Listen up to what Shiru said on your original submission, it's really neccessary - her thumb threads from the middle of her hand.
After pressing edit you have to put ways to both small and big image in respective places again.
Better try normal drawing on paper.
