Crits: don't mess with big pictures at the start - you'll spend much time rendering and result will be not too spectacular unless you're a pro. Better craft things at 64x64 - it's a huge canvas already! 4096 pixels, each needs care. And take 1st position to a form. For instance, this piece features bad form because it's hard to tell what it it is. Maybe a gun, but looks like it would be hard to operate by hand, even to hold. Then, clean rendring is a good thing in piece, but it useless because form is barely recognisable.
