Oh, this a lot better, than your previous! My fav is VI. But all would win if you'd used a little darker tone on inside pictures - there will be more contrast, so they will be easier to see. Also left and right sides are not exactly the same, so the symmetry is broken. Also on symmetry - hand is off center, - look at your own hand and see that proportions on your drawn fingers are wrong. Also better make them flat if you haven't intended to make them unnatural. The form of the cloud also could take some work (see clouds in Super Mario Bros.).
Yeah, I had done them separately at 64x64 and then placed them on a 300x300 canvas....Not too bright. Thanks for the tip.
The canvas seems a bit too large. But otherwise it's nice.
