I'm seeing too many problems with this one to fix that I scrapped the design all together and restarted a new sprite. Was a test attempt to see what a larger size would look like in the first place. I guess less is more and I'll try not to use 8 frames of animation for a pose that doesn't change much in motion.
As for the boob movement. Its more the torso moving back and forth with the breast moving along with its motion, but the subtlety is lost on it and I'm past the point of trying to fix it on this one. Trust me, if I intended to have boobs bounce, it would have been more exaggerated like my other female sprites. (Ha ha, "girl bounce" covers way more pixel distance in boob motion)
Funny, with my presumed facination with boob bouncing, most of my focus of critique on this sprite is her weird changing calves.
thos boobs... is the first time i see boobs moving sideways. and specially her left breast moving up and down...
i'd rather keep the breast still, it doesnt need to be that bouncy at all.(boobs aren't that bouncy, despite what Dead or Alive says)
I think you need to work more on the movement of her boobs and the cloth, they both need secondary animation, you know, strech and bounce kinda stuff. But it's still good! ;D
body shape alters too much, I think I get the idea of realism you were trying by including lots of movements, I think the peice is too small for something as such, very good though.

The sprite its self i excellent, but the animation is a bit choppy.
Edited to be less spastic. Redid the whole costume using green, but may go back to brown. Kinda like the loincloth now.
Whats weird is I wasn't even thinking about boob movement this time. But I'm seeing the upper torso as most of the problem. Doesn't help the costume is a separate layer. Looks alot better without it. :P
Pretty good. The problem here is that you've totally forgone between pixel movement - where you anti-alias pixels that are moveing less than a whole pixel per frame. ! Subtle movement is the toughest. And you were way too keen on working in some boob movement dude, haha.
I agree with threezeros about the spasms xD, but its still good
its good i dont think its that unsmooth i wouldnt notice it in a fighting game
