I agree with Peach, it looks like its floating, it needs to fall faster, and when it goes down, it scrunches down too much, and it looks like it's made of jelly rather than rubber. It goes up at too much of a steady rate, right after it scrunches down, it should come up a lot, then slow down not go up one pixel every frame. I do realize that one frame after the squishing down, the ball goes up two pixels, but that's not enough.
Yeah add an animation and go to iaza.com to remove the white background.
more like a floating ball, a bit cheap, sorry. i'd vote "yes" if it would be animated.
Nickel hit on most of the points, but wouldn't the shadow under the ball get larger as it rose?
I really like the smooth transition of the shading overall, however.
