well hes actually an original character, i don't do much fanart, but i like writing backstories for them xD (dunno why). I think you're right about the neck, ill try making it smaller and see what happens. Thx for the comment!
great job man, I like it! =) Specially those bags on the legs are cool, I dont watch manga and I dont know who this guy is :P I thought it was a female at first look but then I read the descripton :P
But there is one thing I noticed, just above his chest, at the beginning of his throat, it looks kinda wierd like if there is something under the skin :S Oh, nvm after 5 minutes of looking at it I realized that it is those bones. I also think his throat is a bit to high, but since it's manga I guess it doesn't really matter ( ? ) But great job man! =D

ya pretty weird huh? he was going to have pouches on both arms and legs, and a coin holder in the leg 2, but im such a lazy ass that i left it this way... plus it looked overly-detailed too i guess, i didnt want that this time. Maybe ill add them or change this in sometime, but right know im stressed out xD
