I'm not really gonna comment on anatomy, what with it being cartoony, but the place where the head is is a bit odd. It should really be facing a little more to (our) left, and if not the angle of the spine means that some neck should be able to be seen.
The skintone is a bit yellow, that may have been purposeful but if not put this pic next to a photo of someone and you can see that for yourself.
