i think the movement of the dress should be more in sync with the movement of the hair. I'm assuming the wind is blowing at her back, in which case it seems kind funny that the dress is moving so much more, I think it'd look better if was slowed down a little anyway, otherwise the character looks nice.

oh yea - and I only counted 45 colors - decreasing the colorcount greatly speeds up the animationprocess btw ;3
