I love her hair. This is very nice, although the colors seem a little bland. Maybe more contrast on the hair or something.
hmm... I think something is wrong with my browser. Her animation for me is incomplete and has a huge skin-coloured patch covering half the piece every other frame. ...weird.

The legs work sooooo much better now! (I was going to post something about that...:))
There is a stray white pixel between the heel and the shin in the 5th frame.
Changed the hair a bit, added some more height to her steps, completely redid the leg movement.
Everything above the waist is pretty well spot on... but the legs are a little off, and I think it's because there is no "contact" frame... that is, the frame where the heel of the foot hits the ground... either that or include a moment where the foot is "sliding/passing" on the ground. As it is now, it seems a little choppy.
the vertical movement is definitely an issue, and lends itself to her looking like she's running like some city girl, and in slow-motion by the arms.
I can't help but feel her running should be more a sequence of leaps and grapples, darting and maybe crashing a little rather than just a straight, careless jog. That, or if she is somehow "at one" with the jungle, more balletic.
I'm giving you a fav, even two favs! heheh, though I think you could work a little bit more on the final execution, I mean, I dig the clean cartoon-like style but some aa here and there wouldn't do much harm to it -- I'll even take a risk saying that it would improve this classic cartoon-esque feeling you're applying to her! the animation as it is is just ace. . . and hey, I'm becoming a fan of her! please do more! :) peace out!
Very cool! I love this character, but I feel like there really isn't enough vertical movement, almost as if she is suspended in the air by her butt.

What the others are talking about is that the legs were mirrored (NFG got it). To fix that, just shift the angle of one of the leg's positions.. slightly more work, but is all this needs . Lovely secondary action on the hair.
Hair and torso look absolutly amazing! But as been said... something about the legs. It's a minor thing though IMO. Still looks great owerall.

This is really pretty to look at, but something was kinda nagging at me, until I figured out how you'd done it: both legs follow the same path. The left and right foot occupy the same positions, and it shatters the fluidity for me. Some parts of her body (like the hair, the twisting upper torso) look fabulous and smooth, but the legs look like they're running double-speed.
