Heh, yeah, that was probably my favorite contest I ever threw. Zan posted up his collaborative piece with Seven some time ago in his gallery. Now if only Shoba, Oakes and Koji would post theirs. :P

Yes this is the winner. My skills have improved since I made this, but I still love it. It's considered finished in my book though.
Ah, interesting to see you here (I go/went by Steve on BnG and SAQ). I remember that contest; it was a lot of fun, though I really wasn't very good back then. Is this the one that won? I can't remember anymore.
I know this is old and all, but it feels like it could really use some aa, and that it would be easy (if time consuming) to add it with the existing colors.
The lineart is now combined with my part, and since I did not actually do anything with the animation, I wasn't planning on posting that.

This is great. One of my favourite peices here. Very niceley detailed. I printed this out ages ago and it has since lived on the wall of my work pod (I hope you don't mind). I dream of doing something like this. Maybe a chibi isometric ATAT (if you've seen the lego ones people MOC up!)
