The top of the head looks really nice, but not much like hair. It looks like a hood, but as a hood is done really well..
The mushroom is shaped a wee bit oddly.
All in all, I like it, +fav~
I like the line variation and the overall graphic look to your work. Although lots of folks on PJ live and breathe for AA it's not the only way to smooth out your work. 
Okay! As I wanted a bright and smooth effect on the clothes, I thought AA would not be necessary, but obviously I was wrong :)
I'll work to improve it!

What everyone else said. I like the lineart but you need AA on the coloring :P
the lines rule, but yeah like mozzy said AA is really needed, the dithering is really harsh too :O Still i love the face :D
Great job on the face... But there's something about the legs that bothers me.
There's a part at the top of her head that is broken.
