Your call. Maybe continue the outline all the way around the fish?
I think it needs a blue background. The bottom scales really blend with the background on my monitor.

Nice, but maybe a little too much colors for this smal piece. But its a nice dithering you got there.
Holy crap, this is really cool. I love how the dithering creates a perfect texture of fish-scales (or atleast thats what I think it makes it look like)
