The legs and torso are actually connected, I used the concept art as reference... that's why the belts are twisted to the sides, as it shows on the original art. :P
also, this I made on my second month of spriting, I can totally remake Richter in a new cool way, but I can't since I don't have much time to remake some of the old stuff haha...
