It's of Austin Powers if the title doesn't give it away. What I really did was make a naked man and then clothe him. I couldn't be bothered to design a costume for him so I decided to copy Austin's navy blue velvet suit with frilly cuffs, intimidating I must confess... *cough*

cool ^^ maybe i'd add another blue color to make less contrast between the dark and light blue one, but other than that, i think its nice :D keep it up!
