It still has 18 colors, if Irfanview is giving you 13, then it is wrong.

Somehow you ended up with 7 different shades of black...and they only show up when you turn off the alpha transparency.

Personally, I find Irfanview to be a good way to check colours. It's a small download and it's free :D

I guess I fixed the problem. Could anyone tell me where to watch the amount of colours in picture?

This actually has 13 colours. Transparency counts as a colour too.

Something happened to your image, the color is off from a few pixels making the color count 20...you should check it out and resubmit if it's for the weekly contest.
