Yeah, I agree with Taruto, use some AA on those circular symbols.
Everything else seems really excellent, but you may want to use some slightly different colours here and there.
yes im using these for a game, and thanks for the tip!
that black bg is just a placeholder, the real background will be much nicer.
ahha it does look like Prince of Persia xD
I think it looks good
{ Reminds me Prince of Persia. I like it.
Very good atmosphere on this piece. Nice colors and the pillars look good. I like this kind of simple but effective game tiles, where you can easily see where you can stand and where you can't.
You asked for critic so here are some suggestions from me.
First of all, the lighting is inconsistent: int the tiles light is coming from top-left in the pillars the light is coming from the front, and in the triangle tiles the light is coming from bottom-left or bottom-right. I think that you should unify the lighting so that everything is lighted from top-left.
second. Some of the tiles seem to be one pixel off, which causes some 2px gaps between the bricks and square tiles when there should be only 1px gap.
Also some of the bricks go under the square blocks, which I think is not what you intended. You should use similar half bricks near the square blocks as you use on the borders of the spike pit.
I also agree on what Taruto said about anti-aliasing the circle/cross and giving the spikes a bit different color.
Personally I kinda like the simple bricks, they are easy on the eyes, and the square blocks with symbols break the monotomy of the brick wall nicely. But if you feel like it, you could try adding some cracks and other imperfections on some tiles, to give them a bit more texture.
