I've been fiddeling with the MUGEN engine lately and thought it would be fun to create my own simple character in it. 

And this is the result, based upon the french fighting sport called 'Savate'. It took me about 3 hours to create from scratch, and I must say I'm pretty pleased with this one. I think I've pulled off the old school "streetfighter" look pretty well.

Updated with a simple bounce animation.

Hey, very nice! I've always wanted to see a Savate using fighter. It would be pretty cool if you pull it off!

He has an interesting look, too - the shoes and pants really distinguish him from other fighters I've seen.
