I like the design - very remiscent of Dead or Alive, in my opinion, and very cool. Good color choices, too. Sort of a ninja Rose from SFA.
I like the other works I saw in your deviant art gallery, too. I hope you polish a few more sprites up and send them this way, ou have good character design ideas.

The only thing which bothers me is the left arm, it seems a bit twisted to me.

I think that it's well done picture looking very clean and refined. The only problem I see with pic is that character's right leg looks too thin in lower part where it konnects to foot, but it may be a stylistic choice. And shadow on the leg's skin should be a little lower because dress blocks the way of the light. The rest is simply great.
UPD.: Pic was flipped horisontaly, so what I call right is now left.
It has a lot of colors that don't seem to be doing anything
I'll do a better job with porportions and coloring.
