No it aint. If the image is bigger than 100 x 100 you must upload both the icon (100 x 100) and the larger file just below were you upload the icon (100 x 100)

This is true. For art bigger than 100x100 you need 2 files. The samll preview file and the second is the full size image.
Click the 'edit details up there ^ and upload the full size file. You may need to refresh the page to see the new page.
