Yeah, I have to agree with Dex, this looks more like a sprite of Jinn in Jinn's style holding a Pokeball.

I have only one critic: the arm that's holding the pokeball. The elbow it's in the wrong place, i mean, the forearm it's bigger than the arm... i hope you understand what i'm saying
To be honest I don't agree with Dex, I don't think this one includes your style, it looks original pokemon style and i like it, nice job :

The colours are right, but the art style looks more European than Japanese.
Seems more your style fused with Pokemon style. Not spot on, but good enough I suppose. :P
