Sure, but the default perception is that he'll be recognized as santa claus. Even if he's not supposed to be santa claus, he may as well be. That's all I'm sayin'. More importantly, regardless of who/what he is, his juxtaposition in the layout of the whole thing is so dissonant . . . it just doesn't work for me; feels like an after-thought.
Just because he looks like santa doesn't mean he is, meaning the 'hmmm' CAN fit ;D

Yep, Coca Cola Santa is what I though first as well. Though, he's well pixelled, he doesn't really mesh well with the rest of the peice. And I don't understand the connection - Sants goes 'Ho ho ho', not 'Hmmmmm'. And "hmmm" typically denotes thought, not humming. And uh oh, is that a highly illegal font I see!? dear lord
