You need more stuff to do? How about antialise the black outlines. Improve the shading in general (eg. the lighter bear, cast shadow from head onto chest). The shadow they cast is wrong compared to your lighting. The brown for the stitch on lighter bear is too orange. The black bear's mouth has this thing people call banding and apparently its a no-no so you might think about playing around with that area. I think the bear teeth differ to the ref and look less bear like.

A problem I was having when making this was the boy wasn't hunched over enough, but it was too late (and I was too lazy :P) to fix it. And I may do that (browns in the bear's mouth and nose) when I get other things I need to fix. *adds to my To Do list*

You need to look up centre of mass and see how the centre of mass of your system differs to the album cover and ask yourself "would they topple? Could they walk forward without toppleing?"

Why not have some browns in the bears mouth/nose like in the original so it doesn't blend into the background
