Nicely rendered. I do find the blue light under her arm a little strong. I also find the total omission of the other leg a little strange (maybe having that hidden leg straightened out with a delicate shadow on the water?)
I do like the way you tackled the body :)
Can't help but think this should be animated! The water trickling over her hand, that branch moving slightly in the breeze, etc...
hi,
I found it:

Looks good. Does anyone have a link to original. I want to see what kind of nose she had ...
Good work! I didn't know this painting, but I instantly recognized the Vallejo trademarks.
Best seen with slightly flat pixels, I suppose ? (like 320x256 on a 4:3 monitor)
Nice technique. I'm not sure how valid my crits are against the original. It seems like the waterfall is pouring from the background. It's a little confusing, since the rocks don't look like they're over her. The branch adds some nice colors to the piece. Is the model Heather Mills?
I'm kinda confused as to how the water that's pouring out of the background is flowing into the hands of the lady into the foreground, seems odd to me.
But it's very lovely, no doubt.
The blue under the arms seems over powering. Great overall.
Classic! Might be one of the most repixeled pictures ever back in the days. You managed to do a pretty good job.
Ok! Here we have some pixels and art, that makes pixel art. Well hidden sig, much better than the normal in-yer-face type. Where's the water coming from? - appears to originate from a crag in the bg yet is on the same plane as the girl. Her butt shines well. Those flowers just don't feel right, seem out of place - perhaps if there were more of them, and if they didn't have colors in them unique to the scene they'd feel more "natural". Love the water. It's Vallejo, btw, but you know that.
I really appreciate the vets posting this good stuff here. It's great to see the roots of pixel art. Stuff done in pixel art style for the real reason - hardware restrictions. Keep it coming, please!
great. classic - i remember that 4 guys tried their hands on this motive: made, fadeone, you and mr. jailbird =)
Good
