thanks everyone, the reflections on the further buildings should fade out alot quicker, which would help with the depth issue some have pointed out. and as for the clouds being more cartoony, when i started this i wanted to try and keep dithering to a minimum, but old habits are hard to break and personally i think that dithering them now would add too much detail. hopefully i can force myself to work out a few of the kinks soon so i can update this

I love the clouds, they remind me of worms armaggeddon, but I don't think they fit in too well with the rest of it. They look more cartoony then the rest, and what are those lines going down the buildings? (the diagonal ones)

Looks like what I'd expect Green Day's "Last Ride In" would remind me of, just if it was a little darker, I guess. A dash of Avenged Sevenfold, a pinch of KoRn, and a hint of Atreyu, and his would be it! :D 5/5.
The only thing I don't like is that the distant building don't look like they're fading into the background but converging into a large wall. :/ It's probably the decorative lines that're doing that. Need to be steeper, maybe?
