I always thought that the idea behind using so few colors is to make it look like you're using more colors than you actually do. Unfortunately this doesn't create that effect, so what's stopping you from using more colors? You saying that you only used 15 colors doesn't really impress me, it just makes me think that you got a little lazy to make a great big palette. I'm sorry if I sound mean or rude or whatever, but I really don't get the point of limited colors in this piece.
--the pecs should go a bit downer and be more softly arced.
-- there should be muscles around the abs (==) jus like this to define the bump of the abs.
-- Abs should be bigger and closer to each other.. due the actully buffness of his shape
--arms are quite small compared to the chest, and he have no elbow.but the muscles are well placed and pretty much all there
--hands are way too small. always remember that a open hand is almost the size of the face.. try grabbing your face with your hand, youll see.
-- legs are fine they are well proportioned, he give the effect of only training his upper body wich is possible and gives a actualy feeling of a fiisherman that mostly use his hands and arms to work.
-- and he has no toes :P
color-wise a coule more could be added to antialias those shades, it looks a bit sharp currently.
Keep it up, like the character design a lot, very simple yet very effective :D
