Everything in the pallette except for one color was made by me.

That one color I got from a Felicia Sprite

It was draw in MSpaint with a mouse.

Used: MSpaint/Adobe Photoshop/Mouse/54 colors/5 hours+

Nice, you should make the mouse's tail though a bit stronger, now it's really hard to read that it's in her mouth. And the hair is beautiful!
