this was one of my first  trys (around 1992) to copy a picture (before this I just paint (non copy) logos and fonts and very little pictures  for my cracking/demo- crew ACF ....(this one was in a comicmagazine "schwermetall"  I didn´t  remember the original artist) ..

It´s  ATARI STE 16 colors , with deluxepaint.

PS:  a funny side storry... befor this time I just pixel out of my mind and  dind´t think about alternate ways...bud than , it was on a big ATARI szeneparty (in 1992) I saw a french pixelguy copying styles out of a comic.  The scales fell from my eyes.  

So I start copy some typical things like valejou beside own styles for a few years...but when I get my ATARI Falcon ( 1994-1995 )  with 16bit colordeph  I decide from now on it´s time to didn´t copy other artist, coz the reselution and color limits  give me all freedom...and there is no need to copy for example valejou when U can have a 1:1 scan on your system...  anyway... we all where kids with no artstudi or something ,and copying was a good lesson ..

Andy hey, in my today job, people hire me for original ideas...while a lot of folks in my business just copying other ideas =)...
