Hi all,

I'm a noob and this is my first piece, done today in MS Paint. For a while I've been interseted in isometric stuff and ways to get a good "Light, Medium, Dark" effect. Is there a mathematical formula for this or is it about 'if it looks right'???  

Anyway, I messed around with a couple of palettes from the challenge (not that it fits into the challenge) and slapped together an abstract kind of thing.

no, don't listen to him, it's noob!  lol...

May I suggest Graphics Gale to replace MS Paint?  Many features that make it trump mspaint... Right click to select color, right click drag to make a selection with the drawing tool, preview pane with different zoom options, vertical and horizontal lines to help with selections... http://www.humanbalance.net/gale/us/
