You have some problems with your entry, I'm afraid :(
The border that is darker green seems to be a gradient or a blur of some kind not made manually on the pixel level and does not appear to be pixelart. Pixelart = pencil tool only.
The gold parts have what is called 'pillow shading' or in this case more like timid coloring in that you only lined the lineart.
The door handle is proportionally very small and apparently your Granny is Ms. Olympia and carries around one HUGEEEEEEEE key.
