a color reduction may be able to save it, but as-is i can't allow it into the gallery. sorry
Unfortunately the file was uploaded wrong, and since my hard drive was formatted, the uploaded version was the only one that I had. I wanted to preserve it because it was smy only copy, although it is not saved correctly.
256 colors? something about this is NPA, or the file was saved wrong
also the head is much too small for the body
