Well. First piece and you managed to make it to the Weekly Showcase. I applaud you. 
The 'L' and 'I' seem out of perspective, can anything be done about that? Otherwise very nice. How about a chalk outline of a dead body on the pacement?
Shadow on the ground should also fall on the building! Other than that great work :).
Nice building I like colours also ... for me just car is a bit biggest when I watch building, but maybe next time will be better :)

The police car is my favorite part of the image, the shapes are well defined along with good colors. The building is also nice, but it seems like you can do some more like adding a stairway or making a more elaborate doorway. To me it seems a bit small for a two floor building in comparison to the car. Great shading btw.
