I know, the animation was really an after thought, I might redo it after the contest but I'll probably just move on.
The colours are great, the animation not so much.
Here's a possible reference:??
Thanks for all the comments! I like getting comments from so many pixel artists I actually look up to (and am inspired by). The animation does need work :O but it's not my forté and I'll probably comeback too it later and touch bits up. I'm not exactly sure what it's all made of, I can say it's a 'spacey' material I guess :P.
and Pixelarg; which bits are pillowed?
the preview is... rare? and the animation is "brute" :P... i like the colors and the style but have a lil bit of pillow shading :P
And need improve in the texture :P but is cool project
Haha, awesome. This is pretty witty. I'm studying engineering actually, so I get a kick out of physics jokes like this.
The pixel work is quite good as well. The color selections are nice. What is the ship supposed to be made of? I can't say I'm a fan of the animation. It doesn't really work. Rather than just selecting portions and moving them, you may need to bite the bullet and actually redraw parts for new frames.
If the sail was built from some non-flammable material, sure it'd work! Or if there were several miles between the flame and the sail....
My first reaction on seeing this was 'What the hell?!' XD
looks like it would work counter clockwise to me, but i dig it.
Of course it would work,Photocopier!
Just get rid of that sail and it would work like a dream.Backwards.
Let's be honest, you'd have to get it into the sky first :p
I do like the peice a lot though
okay, I guess I'll have to overcome my extreme last minuite preveiw lazyness.
to be honest it would probably just fall out of the sky
the question is: will it go forward or backward? :D
apart from that I'd suggest to work out a better miniature as many wouldn't click on it right now.
Awesome. I wouldn't want to ride in it, though.
