Dunno why, but the shape of the ship reminds me of a fish for some reason (Angler in particular.) Anyway the entire process ended up being more schizophrenic than I wanted and I took until now to tidy it up.

Given the quality of the other entries for the challenge it will most likely not even place but WHATEVER MAN I HAD FUN MAKING IT IN A SADOMASOCHISTIC SORT OF MANNER.

Here's the WIP. Also if you're interested in knowing what the hell everything is, here's the breakdown (left to right, top to bottom):

-Crescent pieces: Residential area (Can be detached into escape vehicles if necessary, although can only be used practically to colonize planets)

-Egg piece: Rec room/Community area (Central ship hub, all other sections can access it through teleportation)

-Green ball piece: Power supply

Platform piece below Egg: Landing platform/Escape pods (Landing platform primarily used to send people to certain areas of the ship if the teleportation system is down)

-U piece: Engines (with landing platforms for ships in case of teleportation breakdown)

-Pot piece: R/D department (primarily responsible for research and defenses, also has an observatory)

-Front piece: Weapons and bridge
