Eh, I rarely draw eyelashes (and I draw primarily in manga style...) Though, I do see what you're saying. Definitely the feet could use some work.

Dress looks nice, but it seems that you didn't want to draw the rest. For example, eyelashes are essential for defining areas of eyes in manga, and there are no eyelashes. I'll provide example:
