I almost feel like the shadow isn't tall/round enough, maybe try that. But I really like that dithering! I havn't tried dithering before, but I rarely do large pixellations.
nice shading ryno, ure getting the hang of dithering, tho your shadow really lets it down on the pixel joints blue background, i suggest you either put your white background on it, or change the shading to fit with the blye background, nice anyhow ^^
