Ahh...I miss the '90s...But you should've used more saturated colors and let up on the dithering. When it's skin or very fine fur, don't dither. When it's think fur or something like that, dither a little bit. At least, that's what I do. :P

Well i used an original picture of pikachu as a reference ... it wasn't that hard
