Hahaha GS mikami!!! I never thought anyone would like that show in here... and I grew up watching the show, never have checked the manga.

Hahaha, well, Dr. Chaos does look kind of like a pedo, but he's not. Maria is his robot. 8D (So I'm kind of imagining him maniacally laughing here and Maria just being all "...", waiting for orders.)

I think the image would work better if the pedo was actually looking at the little girl, rather than looking over the top of her.

Oh, and you've got a stray white pixel on the bottom-right edge of the pedo's coat.

i like it overall, but i think that that black color you used to shape the eyes work horribly with this palette. you could use another darker color to delineate them, and it would look much better i think :P sry for my bad, bad english
