Looks like him I think, though the shading on the lips make it look like you were going for a 'what if The Joker and Michael Jackson had a baby' type deal.  And if you want to get technical this is 3 colors.  White space is still a color.

I don't really think it looks too much like him either, I can see a resemblence though, but it looks nice.
