It seems that you are unaware that 1/1 lines never need and should ever use AA.

I think here too that your AA color is about twice as dark as it should be.

 Check out Panda's gallery ( http://pixeljoint.com/p/2396.htm ) for some examples of really nice AA. Also, remember you don't have to AA straight and 45 degree lines.

Maybe don't delete it, just get rid of some of the AAing. Only AA on the corners and not on the straight bits
