i think you should try and diversify the dithering. other than that, great work, 4/5
The form is quite good, but the shading style doesn't resemble TF2 at all.
doesnt seem to be traced, although the use of dithering on most of it was totally unnecesary. specially on clean surfaces like the gun, the skin, and well, basically on everything.

the ammo on his belly is a little off, other than that, great work.
