Haha, it looks like a first person shooter!; I'd try to do less dithering on the hand, and more detail; you could also do more with the grass; The moon looks great though!

I like how you've experimented with the ligh shining "through" the hand - that really freaky orange glow!  I like

I think, the light can't go trought the palm of the hand, only throught the gaps between the fingers, so the back of the hand shloudn't be illuminated. I tried it :))

The Moon would be more cool, if you made it larger.

But I like it! :)
