I don't understand how a lightbulb would be considered mysterious. It fact a light bulb seems like one of the least mysterious kinds of light sources. =/
for me this isnt mysterious at all....
anyway... the shading on the bulb is quite ok. the animation is too choppy and the moving wire is kinda odd, also i dont know why u dithered the shine. since you have a lot shades of gray, you could have made a nicer, fading glow.... the black circle is also not rly round
