nice lighting, lousy form. Look up john k blog for construction. people say learn anatomy when that really isn't necessary. learning construction is.

heart needs to be bigger. hand expression could be better. shouldn' dither around the eyes because can't read the expression. good stuff though.

You could up the contrast even more. Nice idea though.

The recent work that you had been submitting are all really well-done. I love the lighting on this, and the concept is just outstanding.. The face is hard to read though, but none the less awsome that you had managed to squeeze the detail of eyes, nose and mouth onto that limited area. The texture on the wood is really awsome as well! ;) Very good.

ya i was hoping for someone to help me with it yesterday on the forum, but .. I also think the palette could be a tad better,  but I had 9 minutes left =\ Haha, while i was making it the head was too small >.< then I made it bigger

good style and technique, i just wish the anatomy was up to par. that would make an otherwise nice piece great. the arms come out of the body at an odd angle, and the head is too big.
