Really fun character. I like the design, the long skinny look and the solid colors. I'm not liking the blockiness of the legs and arms, though. I'm not sure if I can describe what I mean... when the line moves over a pixel to show the angle the leg's at, the pixels on both sides of the leg move inward. So you end up with a stair-like leg that's rather weird looking. It would look better, I think, if you added an extra pixel to either the inside of the outside.
That was really hard to describe. Anyway, nice job, really funky-cool design.
Nice character. But I don't fully understand what's happening at the back of his head.
Cartoon running. It's always useful to know how to do it.
