Thanks Poris!
The game will be playable for free, as all my games are. I hope on getting it sponsored, but only time will tell. I don't really plan on releasing any demos, as I'll be getting in-dev feedback from a list of testers for specific versions. But it shouldn't take that long to complete. My goal for the final release is the end of August, but hopefully I can be done it even before that!
Your new project looks really interesting, thanks for sharing. Are you planning on releasing demos, or waiting for the final release (are you planning on selling the game?). Yours looks much better than mine, by the way. Congrats :)
Updates/info on the project can be found at our blog, if you're interested.
I am poster "ChevyRay".
It's simple, but it's good. Are you planning on using this to make a game or were you just drawing a random sprite?
EDIT: Didn't see that you said you were using this for a project....
May we see that project?
I was thinking about putting in highlights, but didn't in the end. I'll try it out and see if that doesn't improve it. It looks liquid enough by the motion, I don't know if the shine will be necessary with mud, but it's worth a shot :)
i also think brighten the highlights would improve this, i think it would look more liquid then
I don't think it would look like mud if he made it any brighter.
Its amazing animation but the actual colors need an improvement. Keep the darks and make the brights a lot brighter.
Sweet man! I like it but the mud should not come out of just one spot. See, if it was a projectile tha thits the mud then this could be right. But, if it is a person jumping in the it should that the mud comes up in a circle. This is good either way. Greast job!
