Colours are nice and it's quite enjoyable to look at with all the shadows, subtle dithering and heavy selout. But it doesn't seem like head is tilted (if it was intention) - rather eyes are on different levels and looking in different directions (everything except the eyes suggesting that head keeps straight - mouth hair, skull). And left hand looks messy.
Gonna start over, gotta keep that in mind, lazer, thank you.
