I couln't agree more with Darth's comment about the preview.
you really should put this together, since I'm assuming it would be somewhat animated as well with the bathyspheres and stuff. Bioshock rocks and Rapture was a very well constructed setting, so it'd be nice to see your full vision of the preview :)
Okay, just looked it up. The original picture doesn't contain any white or black pixels, Iaza must be guilty for that. It even messed some of my colours up 
So I uploaded the original one with white background, hope it doesn't bother you.
Oops, just noticed all these white pixels, thanks, fix them soon.
We'll see, if the feedback should be very positive, I might rework the whole thing and create a city the way the preview looks alike.
I got such a "vibe" from the preview that I was a bit disappoint to see just pieces of something when I clicked! The preview really gives a sense of forboding future doom'n gloom kind of thing (at least for me).
Having said that, it's still yummy iso work! (there are some issues with some stray pixels around the building with the yellow sign (on a darker theme)
